Website and beta terms
These terms govern the pre-launch website and any private beta provided before App Store release.
Pre-launch service
The website provides product information and beta-list access. Joining the list does not guarantee access, a release date, App Store approval, a price, or continued availability. Features, territories, pricing, and release timing may change before a paid release.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, probe for vulnerabilities, submit another person's information, automate abusive signups, or use the service in violation of law. We may restrict access needed to protect the service or other users.
Intellectual property
The website design, original copy, software, brand assets, and product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant permission to copy, distribute, or commercially use them except as required to access the site normally.
Beta software
Any beta build is unfinished software provided for evaluation. It may contain errors, change without notice, or lose local test data. Keep independent copies of anything important and do not rely on the beta for professional performance or safety-critical use.
App Store terms
A distributed iOS version will use Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless the App Store listing identifies a reviewed custom agreement. Subscription terms and localized prices shown by Apple at purchase will control over pre-launch website copy.
Disclaimers and liability
The pre-launch site and beta are provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from the pre-launch service is limited to direct damages caused by intentional misconduct or obligations that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product moves from beta to release. The effective date will change when material terms change. Continued use after a posted change means the updated terms apply, except where additional consent is legally required.
